Symbolism and reflections on the artwork “Faith”
    •    The sailboat symbolizes balance and freedom.
The sailboat also represents your life, my life—our own timeline.
    •    The sails of the boat carry the colors of Ukraine, symbolizing the unrest that has emerged in our time.
    •    The sea represents life, which we all share.
    •    The sea god Poseidon watches over us—our faith.
We are all granted the honor of believing and thinking whatever we choose, whether negative or positive.
    •    The dragon symbolizes our fear of not being good enough, the fear of failure—fear also as our survival instinct.
    •    The planets and the Milky Way are included to give us perspective on life on Earth and to show that we are part of a vast solar system and cosmos.
    •    The wormhole symbolizes AI technology, science, and quantum physics—phenomena that are incredibly fascinating in our time.
    •    The Lofoten Wall near Henningsvær, along with the iconic football field, is included to show the destination we sailed toward as a safe harbor.
The image is inspired by a sailing trip I took part in during 2023, when a storm chased us, and we arrived precisely at a safe harbor in Henningsvær just before the storm reached us.
