The history and cultural heritage of the places that souronding me, and the biology of nature`s ecosystem and the universe we live in. I am deeply fascinated by the human story, from the evolution of Homo sapiens to the development of complex societies and cultures. The places where I live, Lofoten and Tinn Austbygde in Telemark, are rich in local history and traditions, which serve as a wellspring of inspiration for my art. I work in a variety of mediums and techniques, including digital drawing on the iPad, traditional drawing on paper, stencil art, and freeform painting. Digital drawing allows me to explore new ideas quickly and experiment with different colors and textures, while traditional drawing gives me a sense of connection to the physical world and the natural materials I use. Stencil art is a signature technique that I have developed over time, allowing me to create intricate designs and patterns with a high degree of precision and detail. Freeform painting, on the other hand, allows me to let go of the constraints of form and structure and explore the emotions and energy that flow through me. 
 
 I also draw inspiration from my personal experiences and emotions. In 2010, I lost my mother, which was a deeply transformative experience for me. To process my grief, I created a large artwork that explored the theme of loss and the universal experience of losing a parent. This piece was eventually purchased by a prominent art collector in Norway and Europe. Since then, I have continued to explore personal themes in my work. Recently, I have been drawn to the power of female creativity and life-giving energy, which has become a natural theme for me. This interest was further amplified when my sister became pregnant and gave birth to my niece, Frida. Witnessing the creative power of women firsthand has been a deeply inspiring experience, and I am currently developing a series of works that celebrate this theme in a unique and personal way. Each of my works is a unique expression of my personal journey and creative vision, and I am honored to share them with you.
